Taking this time would greatly improve our health both mentally, physically and spiritually.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is one way to calm the mind and relax the body.  This time can be used to reflect, quiet the mind, attain a trance state of quietness.  The idea here is to quiet the mind and relax.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is why one mediates.  To disconnect from the without (outside) and focus within (inside).
