Why Meditate

All of us that live in the Western Live Style and are stressed a little to a lot would benefit in just taking a bit of time from our busy schedules. Taking this time would greatly improve our health both mentally, physically and spiritually.

This is one way to calm the mind and relax the body. This time can be used to reflect, quiet the mind, attain a trance state of quietness. The idea here is to quiet the mind and relax.

This is why one mediates. To disconnect from the without (outside) and focus within (inside). Everything without is a reflection of the within.
